Assist in creating staff rotas and providing training or mentorship. Oversee care documentation, helping review care plans and risk assessments. Be the point of contact for families and staff in the Registered Manager’s absence. Address day to day issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Support with audits and contribute to staff performance

Lorely oversees several services or care settings, providing leadership and strategic direction. She supports Registered Manager and ensures consistency and excellence across the organization. Support and supervise Registered Managers across different services. Set goals, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans. Ensure services maintain high CQC ratings and regulatory compliance. Manage budgets, staffing structures, and operational policies. Drive innovation, staff development, and business growth.

Registered Manager
Grace is the person legally responsible for the care service and is registered with the CQC. She leads the service and ensures compliance with regulations. Ensure the service meets all CQC standards and legal requirements. Lead, manage, and support staff to provide safe, person-centred care. Oversee the creation and review of care plans and risk assessments. Safeguard service users’ well-being and respond to incidents or concerns. Handle inspections, audits, and reports. Manage resources, medication systems, and overall service operations.
