Funding
Different ways to pay ?
In the UK, there are several ways to pay for home care, depending on your financial situation and eligibility for government support. Here are the main options:
- If the person receiving care has income, such as a pension, disability benefits, or savings, you can make direct payments for their care services. In this case, we will issue a weekly invoice for the services provided.
- You may also qualify for financial assistance from social services to help cover the cost of your home care. A local Support Worker can guide you through the council’s assessment process.
- Many people assume that home care is too expensive, but your local council can provide support and help you access all the benefits you’re eligible for.
Here are some options you can explore:
- Claim all the benefits you are eligible for
- .Apply for NHS Continuing Healthcare
- Ask for local funding from your local council
- Use your assets
